What do you do when...

...you're out of money, and only really have a bunch of high calorie stuff in the pantry and fridge?

I'm completely at a loss of what to do. I don't want to starve myself, but I despise the thought of eating high calorie stuff when I don't want to.

I don't get paid until Friday, so I'm kinda stuck :(


Any suggestions??
 
break each of the items into small "snacks" throughout the day. Make the full meal, but only eat portions of it at a time (ideally, you should do this all the time). If you continue eating every couple hours, your metabolism will always be in high gear and the calories will be burned a lot faster.
