I want to know from you guys what are the methods you take to getting in a good work out. I think that as long as you get you're body moving at least 5 days a week for about a an half an hour to a full hour, than whatever it takes you to get there doesn't really matter. There are different ways you can work out.
For example what I do is go on walks. I make sure to take my ipod with me so I can listen to my music as I go. It makes it easier for me because when I listen to my music I get into this zone where its no one but me. And makes it feel less of a work out and more of a just cool calm walk. I find walking to not only be good for the body but also very threputic for the mind. I think about a lot when I walk. And in the past it has helped me to shed off the pounds, plus its easy and I'm not straining or hurting myself trying to loose weight.
The other form of exercise I do is... well I call it dancercise. Because I put on a CD and dance to the whole cd. A full cd is at least 45 mins to an hour long. Which is good, because this burns a lot a fat and I sweat a lot. And again it doesn't feel like a work out because I'm having fun as I do it. I would also love to know how you guys exercise too mabe I could try something new and you guys can too.
