Well I Have Been Watching What I Eat And Have Been Chosing Foods Low In Calories And Surgar. I Havent Really Kept A Food Jurnal , But The Other Day I Wrote Down What I Eat And Realize I Havent Been Eatimg Enough Calories. I Have Been Only Eating About 1000 A Day. I Have Been Doing This For 2 Weeks And I Am Losing. I Am At 230 As Of Today. Ok Well My ? Is I Know I Need To Up My Calories, But Will It Cause Me To Gain? I Do Work Out A Little Only About 20minuts A Day On My Elpitcal , I Know It Needs To Be More Just Havent Got There Yet.
 
Why don't you try upping it little by little. That way it won't be adding so many calories at once and you shouldn't gain, I think... (But I don't know a lot so don't take my word for it)
