what can i do

im nearly 22 years old and im 14 ston 5 pounds, i have manboobs and abit of a chubby belly. ive recently been eating healthy like eating pasta and salad.

in general i walk alot and im on my bike alot but still i have this weight and its not coming off.

i think the real deal is my drinking, i drink alot of juice bcause i get realthirsty now and then and no i dont have diebetes if people are going to ask.

i bought a Wii Fit over 2 months ago and its great, its helped me lose a few pounds.

anyone got any ideas also to lose weight and help me, wish i had a buddy to go jogging with thats round the same weight as me, that way we can motivate eat other because if one of you can do it both of us can
 
My newbie advice is:

Pay closer attention to how many calories you are burning and how many calories your consuming via. the food. Its best to weigh your food rather than measure it for a more accurate count of what your intaking.

Ditch some of the juice your drinking for plain old water.

Remember, if you are just starting, losing immediate weight is easier than losing alot of weight over time. As you increase the amount of excersize you do your liable to build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat (well, 1lb of fat = 1lb of muscle, but muscle takes up less space / is denser). Just because the scale doesnt move doesnt mean you arent making progress in the right direction.

Dont despair if you dont see immediate results. Try changing things slowly and increasing the amount of excersize you do steadily while trying to consume the same or less calories than you were.
