WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO when you reach your goal?

I'm going to buy some new clothes. And take a picture of myself without a shirt on. And be ecstatic.

These are great!

But C'MON you guys! Get more detailed...and racier!
I'm going to have sex at the top of the ferris wheel - crap I've done that already -ohwait it was fun i'll do it again..

I'd have sex umm - on a beach but this time not wait til it was dark :D

i'd do lots of other things sex related - again :) and increase my magnet coollection

What will I do: Hmm
Not in any particular order:

1. Brag to all my friends/family how much I lost
2. Go swimming without embarrassment
3. Have a lot of sex (I already do, but maybe use a mirror:)
4. Probably will up my calories a little but will still work out and eat right so my body knows I'm not going anywhere.
5. Post my pictures and success all over this site.
6. Be proud of myself for following through with one of the hardest journeys you can take.

As weird as it sounds, I would actually like to move away from here and start fresh. I mean yeah I would be leaving alot of history behind but theres really nothing keeping me here. Not to mention I hate Ohio weather.

Cheer up guy

1. Let my boyfriend know that he's not going to get much sleep that night.
2. Go shopping/ thrifting in Soho, NYC...and create a new, not-yet defined style.
3. Laugh in the face of everyone who's ever made fun of me...including my parents and twin brother.
4. Get something peirced.
5. I'm starting to think me at my desired weight would be a bad thing, because it might turn me into the most egotistical person on the planet. :)

This post rocks, it's very motivating.

i am going to get my belly button pierced (as long as i dont have too much excess skin!), wear a swimming costume, buy new clothes, go out with the "girls" on the town, have a good think about where my lifes going -job, relationship, where i want to live etc. maybe time for a few major changes. slim

I've already hit 99% of my goal...so I've already done 99% of the things I had on my list:) The top highlights were:

1) A new wardrobe - check. Fun at first, got increasingly expensive though.
2) Wearing a mini-skirt - check. That one was scary...felt like I was naked:eek: all night.
3)Having someone who didn't know the "before me" ask " how do you stay so slim?"
4)Being able to trade clothes with my skinniest girlfriend
5) Breaking up with my b/f (okay, this was not on my original "to do" list but crap happens)...and being excited about being single instead of depressed.

The last one left is to be seriously bikini ready for summer.

Not exactly on the day I reach my goal, but a big reason in why I've been so motivated on this trip is.... I have my work shares coming out and I'm quitting this time next year and leaving for the good old US of A for a year or two of travelling and working.

Other than that I might get a holiday somewhere warm in Europe come end of summer when I should be reaching my goal weight.

moving on and starting fresh isn't neccessarily a bad thing - but your past is what made you the person that you are...

there is better weather places than Ohio though - san diego has wonderful weather :)

hopefully i will continue with this new lifestyle and not think like this is over and now i can overeat again :)
but smaller ones are wearing a bikini, buying clothes where i want, if possible showing off my belly button lol and stuff like that...

I love this topic!

1. Get naked in front of the boyfriend in light, not dark!

2. Wear some of the skimpy little nighties I have purchased that still have the tags!

3. Brag, brag, and brag some more!

4. Buy new clothes!

5. Buy a few peices of James Avery jewelry!

6. Feel AMAZING!!! :)

I will borrow some of my skinny sister's clothes and then complain that they're just too big.

Mindovermatter, I know the feeling of wanting to go explore Europe. I am actually doing that about 6 months from now. I am studying abroad in Scotland, but I am going to visit Paris, Rome, London, Amsterdam, etc... lol. That is what has really inspired me this time with weight loss.

Other things I want to do, besides explore the world lol are:

1. wear a short skirt- I have been big since I was about 11, so I have never worn a short skirt, or really shorts for that matter. In the summer I wear jeans and the occasional capris.

2. go a little crazy- I have always been a "good girl" but not really by choice. I am way too self conscious to do anything really crazy now, but someday....

3. See friends from high school- this is one thing that reallllllly inspires me. I dont know if anyone else used to watch those cheesy shows like Maury, Ricki, or some of those lol, but i went through a phase where I did and my favorite episodes were the ones where people wanted to show their classmates what they look like now having lost a tremendous amount of weight or just become "un-nerdy". I dont want to go on the show lol, but just a fun dinner where we get everyone together again would be awesome.

4. Post before and after pictures. The ones on this site inspire me soooo much.

5. Go on a shopping spree- I have some money saved up and I am willing to blow a large portion of it on new clothes. I am one of those fat people who doesnt really bother to fix myself up everyday. I figure its not really going to matter, because people will still notice the fatness first. Also, I know this sounds really bad, but sometimes I feel like I dont deserve to try to make myself pretty and that people are going to look at me like "why would she even try". Needless to say, my wardrobe consists mostly of jeans and t-shirts. I loooove skirts, so I want to buy a lot of those.

6. Go running with my athletic friends. I could probably do this before I reach my goal weight, but its still something I look forward to. My best friend was on the basketball and track teams in high school, so I would love to be able to run with her.

Thats all I can think of now. This was fun though lol. Great thread!
