I'm so freakin' confused
!!! One just says fish oil, another says cold pressed organic (expensive), Flax +Borage+Fish, Cold Water Salmon, some are filtered to avoid 'mercury' (I think it is). Which one is best? Does anyone take Evening Primrose Oil? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. What the heck? Can someone help unconfuse me, please

I read some threads about EFA's and I'm somewhat more confused. If I eat tuna twice a week, do I still need Fish Oil Suppliments? BTW, I purchased Cold Water Salmon Fish Oil Suppliments. How's that sound? And I bought Evening Primrose Oil. Should I take Fish Oil and Flax Oil Suppliments at the same time?
