What are the differences in EFA suppliments?

I'm so freakin' confused   !!! One just says fish oil, another says cold pressed organic (expensive), Flax +Borage+Fish, Cold Water Salmon, some are filtered to avoid 'mercury' (I think it is). Which one is best? Does anyone take Evening Primrose Oil? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. What the heck? Can someone help unconfuse me, please:eek: .

I read some threads about EFA's and I'm somewhat more confused. If I eat tuna twice a week, do I still need Fish Oil Suppliments? BTW, I purchased Cold Water Salmon Fish Oil Suppliments. How's that sound? And I bought Evening Primrose Oil. Should I take Fish Oil and Flax Oil Suppliments at the same time?

I'll make this really simple for you. Just buy liquid cod liver oil from Nordic Naturals and you'll be covered. Flax is fine to take but fish oil is much more important if you have to pick between the two.

No. I have not tasted the Eskimo 3 brand but I have used/use the Nordic Natural and Carlson liquid and capsule fish oils. You cannot taste the liquid and it's higher in omega 3s, so it becomes more cost effective.
