what are some specific hiit results that people actually experienced?

i want to know if hiit can reduce the size of your thigh muscles? i have about 10% bf but my thighs are big. could hiit reduce the size. could hiit make me lean?
 
Nothing will reduce the size of your muscles aside from disuse. However, HIIT will help to burn fat and tone the muscle.

That being said, nothing's wrong with having big thigh muscles.
 
no, I think hiit can give you adverse results. Though this can be a great fat burner, it may also increase the size of your thigh muscles. Rather, endurance running is one of the most effective exercise to get defined, slim thighs and legs.
 
Reducing the size of your muscles makes you less lean, not more lean. Why would you want less thigh muscle mass, anyway?
