Hello, all. I'm in need of some help from more advanced weight-losers to see what I may or may not be doing wrong.
I'm a 19 year old male at 5'10 and 200 pounds. I'm trying to lose about 5-10 pounds. My diet consists of natural foods and low fat yogurt, and I run at least 6 miles a day at 7.5mph. The problem I'm facing is that my weight-loss has plateaued. As stated, I eat right, exercise vigorously and dedicatedly, and I even use weight-loss supplements. But my weight refuses to drop past 199, even though I've weighed less before.
Please forgive me if this issue seems silly, but It's a real problem for me, and I'd like to figure out what is prohibiting me from losing this weight. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and if you have ANY idea what may be the issue, I would LOVE to hear what you have to say!
