May 28 - June 1: started doing light exercises everyday (have not exercised in months). (Morning: 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 10 push ups. Night: 20 squats, 30 lunges, 40 toes touches, 50 second wall sit, 100 jumping jacks)

June 2nd I started to incorporate some running/jogging.

Here's my log

June 2: run/jog half mile. walk half mile. run/jog half mile. walk half mile.

June 3: no running/jogging/walking. instead: 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 10 push ups.

June 4: run/jog half mile. walk half mile. run/jog half mile. walk half mile.

June 5: run/jog half mile. walk half mile. run/jog half mile. walk half mile.

June 6: no running/jogging/walking. instead: 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 10 push ups.

June 7: run/jog half mile. walk half mile. run/jog half mile. walk half mile.

Now today was my 4th day of running/jogging. Why did I feel like I was going to pass out while running/jogging ? i felt a lot worse compared to the first day I started running/jogging. Is this normal ? I thought I was suppose to get better as I run more ?

Also, I do not feel like I am losing weight. Am i going to lose weight doing this ? I am not eating any more than before but I did stop eating white rice (which I used to have large servings of one or twice daily) ( I still eat other carbs)

As you build up strength and stamina you'll find it easier, however you may simply be running out of energy currently. Going from no excercising to 7 days a week is bound to "confuse" your body.

You "will" lose weight, if you are eating the same and doing excercise. How much will depend on the amount of calories you're burning from the excercises, and what you're currently eating.

It would help give people a bit more of an understanding if you posted what you're eating currently on a standard day/week.

First let me say great job on cutting out the white rice!! and the exercising!! awesome!!
next : have you ever done a food diary? if not i would highly recommd this! at least for 2-3 days straight and write down the calories with it...
next : YOU NEED TO FEED YOUR FAT BURNING BODY!! IF YOU DONT YOU WILL BURN MUSCLE!!! and you will be most deff weak, no energy, shakey, tired, and "NOT LOSING WEIGHT" so do this... studies have shown that you should be eating every 2 hours healthy in order to boost the metab and lose the weight and gain muscle! good luck! and keep going!
