My daily routine for the last 2 weeks:

7 AM - Wake up.
7:15 AM - Bowl of Rice Krispies + Milk
7:45 AM - 2:30 PM - School (not much physical activity) - Water/Plain Chicken Sandwich for lunch
2:30 - 7:00 PM - Snack (fruits + maybe some cereal) - TV/Computer time
7:00 - 8:30 PM - 45 minutes walking - 45 minutes treadmill running
8:30-10:00 - Relaxing time - munch on some fruits.
10:00 - 7 - Sleep, repeat.

Yet I've GAINED weight. What's wrong? :/

You're probably eating more than you think you are. What you wrote is meaningless really w/out knowing the QUANTITY of what you're eating. A "bowl" of cereal, for example, is often 3 or 4 servings of cereal. Most cereals are about 3/4 cup to a single serving - and that's not a lot of cereal. When people pour a bowl of cereal and top it with milk, they're often ingesting 600+ calories.

I'd suggest you start by figuring out how many calories you need to be eating - starting here: http://weight-loss.fitness.com/nutrition/40273-how-many-calories-should-i-eat.html

Then register for a free account on FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal or Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate and start to log your food. This will let you see how many calories you're eating and how your nutrition levels are breaking down. Once you know that, you'll be able to see more clearly where you can make adjustments, cut back, change your nutrition, etc.

The next thing I'd suggest is checking out the various sticky posts in the exercise area of the forum (Weight Loss Through Exercise - Weight Loss Forum). There are some very good posts on exercise, both cardio/aerobic and on incorporating weight lifting into your exercise plans.

Kara is right. There isn't enough information to get this sorted out properly. You diet looks a little carb rich and likely your proportions are skewed.

Good way to find out is to track your intake with a food journal. This has always been difficult for me. A good alternative is to take your iPhone, BlackBerry, etc. and TAKE A PICTURE OF EVERYTHING YOU EAT IN A DAY WHEN YOU EAT IT. It forces you to be realistic in your own mind about the number of meals and portions of food in each meal you're eating.

This is such a fantastic Idea!
Love it!
