Hey everyone, well ive been on my journey 6 months now this is my 7th. At first i basically starved myself and exercised lots. But then i realised that wasnt healthy for me so i upped my calories to like 1700 a day sometimes more dependant on my exercise schedule. Most days im on my feet from like 5.45 in the morning till around 9.00 at night. I do up to 3 aerobics classes, weights, and more cardio in the gym and it works. Well at least it did, i will weigh myself and ill have dropped 3 lbs but when i get back on like two days later and those 3 lbs are back on again and sometimes an added pound. Ive been stuck at my current weight of around 183 lbs now for around 6 weeks.
Amitedly ive got really annoyed at certain points and given into temptation. But ive always got back on the wagon and worked my ass off and it just wont budge. It cant be a plateau cause it goes up and down all the time. I have stuck to my diet religously for the last 4 weeks now and it wont budge. What am i doing wrong? Im really lacking motivation right now and feel like i cant carry on with this. But ive come so far ill feel like such a failure if i give in now.
Any advice/opinions would be great on as to what im doing wrong
