Im very sorry for all the questions, but if anyone could help i thank you lots.

At least you picked a good program to ask questions about. Rotate between the different variations of good mornings.
I'm pretty sure romanian dl's are basically the same as stiff-legged dl's except you can bend yor knees a little.
I think they use 2x4's cut maybe 18in. long, not sure on that. You can use different sizes and diff number of boards.
Split squat can be substituted with lunges i'm sure. A one legged squat- put one foot elevated on a bench and squat using the other leg.
DB rows-either way
Partial dl's- i'm guessing like rack lockouts but i'm not sure, i've never done them
Floor press- you can put the bar on a bench, use a rack, or have a spotter hand it to you
JM press- yes, work your way up to 2 sets of three using the same weight(yes warm up)
Box squats- after your explosive sets, do a heavy set of 2 but it shouldn't be so heavy that you hit failure

If I didn't answer a question then I don't know the answer, someone else can help. Good luck, and i'm glad to see you're using this

Good morning
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/GluteusMaximus/BBBentKneeGoodMorning.html

Face pulls - You can do these sitting also.
http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/exercise3/facepulls.htm

Partial deadlifts - Rack pulls are simply a 1/2 deadlift where you use a power rack and set the pins so the bar is at or just above your knees.

That's a few answers but personally i think you come up with a more simple routine.

Newf, I think this is a pretty simple program since everything is lined out for you. Westside can seem kinda' complicated at first glance but once you get used to working with conjugate periodization, it gets easier.

You could substitute the reverse hypers for back extensions.

Pulldown abs are just cable crunches. You could pretty much put any weighted ab movement in there.

RDLs-Holding the bb, you will let it slide down your thighs to mid-shin while your ass goes back and your chin comes forward. You should feel an extreme tightness in your hamstrings. Once you get to mid-shin, the bar travels back up the thighs.

Board press-2X6s cut to about 12". The distinction is whether they use a 2,3,4, or 5 board press.

One-arm press-yes, with dbs

One-leg squats-like a stationary lunge but with a bb

Db row-yes, bent over. You can use a bench for stability

bent-over db side raises-yes, you can do these lying on a bench or not. A flat degree would be fine.

Floor press-if you don't have a power rack or a spotter, use dbs.

Seated db clean-well, like a clean but seated

A heavy double but not a max is a weight that is heavy for 2 reps but not your 2RM. An example might be if my box squat for a 2RM is 300 then I'd use 275 or 280 or so.

One-arm db extensions-anything unilaterally recruits more muscle fibers and, in essence, makes you stronger than doing double arm

Ball press-they're talking about one of those stability or bosu balls or whatever you want to call them to lie on and press

Front - Side - Rear Delt Combo Raise: 2 sets of 60 reps (20 each raise)
All done standing and with dumbells just like side raises?-yes

I hope all your questions have been answered so far by those of that have posted so far.

Yes. One arm at a time.

The front is like a db front raise, bring the arms down, do a l-lateral raise, then a bent over rear delt fly

Typically they'll use 3 and 4 boards.
