I have went from being 210 to a healthy 130.. 80lbs gone wow I cant believe it.. in 11 months.. anyhow I have just about hit my goal.. and I am scared to death!!!! I do not want to gain but I am so used to eating a certain amount of calories I tend to get nervous anytime I splurge and eat a little more.. Where do I go from here?? How do I make sure I keep the weight off and yet stop losing?? I have changed my lifestyle so much I know I will never go back to a couch potatoe.. But I am having a really difficult time allowing myself to eat a little more....any advice..

congrats!!
any tips :(

Well I read in an article that you just need to do less but regular exercise but incorporate weights to tone up. but keep eating as normal

well if you did a lifestyle change and learned new habits you've got nothing to worry about - if you dieted and didn't change anything that youcould keep long term.. start reading around the forum

I feel you COMPLETELY! I am at 135 from 217 and I am just as scared as you are on what to do when you get to that point to maintain weight. Im so used to eating 1200-1500 calories everyday and working out 6 days a week. Im worried that if I eat the calorie count given to maintain my weight, and I dont workout 6 days and go to working out 3-5 days instead, that I will gain weight instead of staying at that weight. In my mind it doesnt make sense..although in reality it might. Its a mental thing and it worries me. Ive been doing this strict calorie thing for almost 2 years now. Its become my life and its a habit/routine now. Once I hit goal and have to maintain, thats a whole new routine to get used to. Yes I changed my eating habits to healthy, it has nothing to do with that, that isnt a problem at all. Its changing how much to eat. Just like when you start eating less. I probably rambled..sorry! I just want you to know I understand you all the way.:waving:
