Hi,
Just looking for a forum for support. I lost 112 lbs and gained 20 back since having to take cortisone. :banghead:

I used to low carb, south beach, and weight watchers (all at different times).

I'm currently low fat, low sugar, low sodium, whole foods (mostly vegetarian with NF milk and fish a couple times a week). I get my protien from beans and peas. I'm going to try to live this way..... :)

Good luck on your plan... I hope it is a way you can commit to for life, that is the basic idea to these changes.

Just holler around the forums when you need help and ideas :)
