New to the forum and happy to be here.
Currently I'm 20 years old and a full time student. I've had trouble with weight for the last 5 years and I've gone up and down and now I've decided to stay down. I'm going in for nursing (male) and am half way there. I decided its time to get on a healthier way then what I am. I currently weigh 240 pounds and wish to lose at least 40 before december. I did it last year but gained it back in 8 months. The thing I have trouble with is I will eat healthy for a long time then i fall back into the negative way. Then its back to the healthy then back to the crap. This time its going to stay the healthy.
I used to be able to do a lot of sports until last year when I tore my hamstring (i believe this is what caused me to gain most of the weight back). It's healed now so its time to kick it in gear.
