I came here a few weeks ago as a newcomer, all gung-ho to be a big loser too. I've been eating "better" and still having cheats on the weekend. I was getting a bit discouraged because the scale numbers hadn't changed. This morning, just to wallow a bit in my self pity, I weighed myself. I'm down 3.5 pounds! Whoohoo!
