Hello everyone, I am 18, and I am going to join a gym soon. I love forum abouts specific topics, so I thought I might aswell look for a fitnessone. And here I am.
I about 150/160 - not really sure, dont have a scale!
I am planing to workout on a regular basis for June, July, and August. I just need my tummy to be tone, and arms tone aswell. I am not looking for a super strong build, but something tone.
I would like a tone tummy, maybe a six pack or something like that. How would I go about doing that? I think I would need to lose about 5 or 10 pounds of me belly to make it look toner.
Also, I would my arms to be a bit bigger. Like I dont really need to be huge, but I would like them powerful lol. If you get my drift.
If someone could help me out that would be great! I dont want to pay a personal trainer because its damn expensive. I have never joined a gym before, so what should I start doing? I know of the personal trainers as a friend, so he could help me out, but I would love to know more about how to achieve my goals.
$45 just to have hour long talk with a trainer, and than $40 for each session. I know one session isnt gonna do alot, unless its really worth it?
Also, summer doesnt until a month from now, so I would love have a somewhat toned belly before than for the beach and stuff
Moreover, I have another question, hehe. They have tannin booths, and its like 8.99 1 tan, 30 minutes, 24.99. So I wanted to get one, but like...is one tan enough? Why would someone do it for 30 minutes? or even an hour!?
