To me, well being is more than simply our physical fitness level. It is how we see ourselves.....is it our state of mind. More often than not, it is the habitual guilt and negative thinking over our weight and body image that keeps us from changing. To become motivated we need to see ourselves differently, independent of what the scale might say.
