Hello, I'm JT. I'm 20 and I'm currently in college.

I use to weigh 213. I dropped most of that weight last summer all the way down to 149, but now I'm back up to 160. (more tone)
I'm very interested in fitness. I try to run 2-3 miles a day, and I eat right.(most of the time :rolleyes: ) I'm looking to help others on this website as well as learning more.
