Thanks! I have already started a challenge. I will think about a thread. Its all new to me. I enjoy reading everybodys post. It really helps.
I found a great daily Jourial by reading. So it really is a help.
I'm looking forward to the weight challenge.

Dont mean to sound like such a weiney winy I know Iam not that overweight but evey pound hurts no matter how much you weigh. I asked for a clue on how to fit in I know I must be too old for the crowd or something!!! But I am pretty hip and have a LIFE but I was hoping for a support group to share with ANYONE OUT THERE SOMEONE IN HERE NEEDS YOU!!! DEVA
 
just a question... i tried to put a weight ticker into my signature, and it shows up alright. but when i click on the picture of the ticker, it doesn't link to the tickerfactory page...i've tried clicking on other peoples tickers, and they all link to the tickerfactory site...any ideas on what i might be doing wrong?

challenges are generally run monthly - with a start and end point - where you have a group of people working towards the same goal - inches, pounds, healthy lifestyle.. you report in your weekly weigh ins and you get lots of support from your fellow challengers.

Clubs are similar, but generally are a little looser and don't have an end point.

Check the Club Challenges section and you'l see the current challenges
 
Hii there, My names Georgie i am 17 years old, and am going into my final year of school. I am extremley overweight and really want a new lifestyle. I have tried everything under the sun to help me loose weight and have often tried to loose weight for the wrong reasons as a result i always end up failing. I have been Bullied all my life at school and have a school ball in 6 mnths time and would really like to show those bullies a new me. I really need sum Advice, guidence and a lil help and motivation to get me starter. Were do start?...

Hi I am 37 and overweight. I just rejoined the gym and am glade I found a form which can help me stay motivated. I finally desided that enough is enough when i realized my panties are bigger than my Mother-in-laws who lives with us. sorry if that was tmi.

hey... just joined today. I've decided that i am ready for a lifestyle change. My self confidence is so low right now and with exams coming up im so stressed out. My eating is out of control. There are some days where im the perfect eater....... but at night i pig out. i have so many things going on. I'm 25 lbs away from my goal and I'm looking for as much support/ advice that you can give. +

You might consider posting this as it's own thread in the Newcomer section, or creating a journal in the diary section - just to make sure it gets more views.

But if you're pigging out at night, it makes me wonder if you're getting enough calories during the day. I know that's my sure fire way of knowing I've been undereating and that's NOT good!

Hi my names Sarah, I'm from the UK. I want to loose 16lbs. I have started a course at college and have a full time job too so I have started eating fast food more regularly and snacks and sweets when I am tired to keep going when I'm doing my home work. I have stopped doing exercise too and the weight has started to creep on. I thought by joining this forum I could get some support and meet some new friends!:)

I'm a newbie. I'm here to hear how people are losing weight. I'm 19, 5'7", 151 lbs, and trying to get to 130. I attached photos of me now. I'm stuck at a plateau. So I need help from others. :rolleyes:
 
Hi I am new. I have lost 60 pounds and want to loose 20-30 more pounds. my husband helped me with my diet. I follow a body builders diet and it is working. I am here to stay motivated.
