last week was when i started i was 147...and at the end of that week i was 144.5......today is my second week i just checked my weight and im 144 ?....maybe if later on in the day i do my exercise and see what it says after.
i have to get a mesuring tape thing....just to see if i lost some inches .
 
I would strongly suggest NOT weighing yourself multiple times a day, it will make you crazy... Pick one time a day, and use that as your weigh in - on a regular basis - whatever that regular is...
 
Yea, I'm with Mal.

I weigh myself every 2 weeks, lol. If I'm lucky that is.

However, I definitely take measurements and pictures every 2 weeks when I'm in full swing.
 
I find it is much easier (and more exciting) to wait as long as possible. Especially if you know you are doing well.

If you can go 2-3 weeks between weighings/measurements, do it. As long as you are sticking to your diet/exercise plan, youll feel like you are accomplishing something grand (vs day to day monotony).

To each their own though, but that always helped motivate me.
