Weird Stomach

Hello everyone, when I am standing or laying down, I have a thin stomach. But here's my question, when I'm laying down and do a sit-up without flexing my abs it forms this disgusting gum drop looking thing. Do i need to lose more weight or build my abs. I do cardio everyday and try to keep an ok diet. Thanks so much.
 
Sounds like stubborn body fat. Try a keto and running... Assuming ur lean everywhere else that may help hit that area. Ifur not lean everywhere else a general calorie deficit till u are is the way to go. Just a suggestion. Everyone is different.
