Weightlifting techniques

Maybe I'm just pretty stupid, but I dont know many techniques. I have a trcep bar, curl bar and bench press which I can use - however other than that I dont really know what I'm doing. Could someone please describe a good technique for : stomach toning / tricep building / building of the muscle which should hide the old collar bone (see how ignorant I am!).

Hopefully one day I'll stop being the annoying guy who asks all the questions and be able to answer someone else's.
