Weightless advice needed

Hi all,
I am 18 and weigh 100kg. I am looking to lose as much weight as possible before a holiday I July, does anybody have any training tips/diet tips... aiming for 10-20 kg loss if possible
 
There are a lot of changes that you can make within a month that will result in significant differences not only in your weight, but overall look and health. Typically,losing more than 0.5 – 1.0 kg (1 – 2 pounds) per week or about 3.6 – 4 kg (8 – 9 pounds) per month, isn't recommended
