Do many people have much more information in relation to weight training and increasing and maintaining the strength of bones.
It has been proven that weight training is a great exercise for elderly as it maintains bone strength.

Yes there has been studies, as a matter of fact I was an intern in this one which dealt with post menopausal women and bone mass with resistance exercise.
