Ok guys, since I joined this site, i don't remember when but, since that very day, I've been doing lots to lose weight, I've been biking for up to 4 hours a day, jogging, lifting, pushups, etc...and I also reduced my calorie intake from around 2800 to 2000 and I haven't lost even 1 single pound.
NOTE: I'm 15 years old(16 on August 26th, anyway.....) 160 lbs and about 5' 10". I went to the gym from Jan. 3rd to may 18th and I got some nice muscles, but since my summer started I've gained "FAT" weight. Anyway, can anyone plz help or even just give your intake/share your stories!?!?!??!
Edit: also note that my mainly fatened area's are my stomach and I can see some man-boobs sorta and thighs.
