my weight has hardly moved this week going up and down i dont really understand whats going on. the only thing i`m not doing is going to the gym but i still expected to lose or not put on. do i really have to go to gym?
I have the same problem. It seems to take forever for my weight to go down, one day it is down 0.x kg and the next it is up 0.x kg .

I don't know? I either have to cut my calories further or increase my physichal avtivity.
