Weight Loss

The process of losing weight is not too much hard just need to do some exercise on regular basis for at least 30 mints. exercise is only one the best key to sort the problem of over weight and many peoples have great full from this exercise and the second thing is consuming healthy diet after exercise. most of peoples have tend to eat fatty foods after exercise which is very wrong thing because exercise will give positive results if the person will eat healthy diet after exercise like eating green vegetables, fruits juice etc. so to get instant positive results,person need to eat well diet and should do exercise on daily basis to get fit and healthy body.

Over weight issue create several health issue which are like diabetes problem eye sight weakness, hair loss issue. so the get rid from these all curious problem try improve your healthy diet and don't forget to do exercise.

In short, eat healthy foods, avoid all kinds of junk and processed foods, exercise regularly both aerobic and weight training and you'll be able to lose weight quickly. But you need to be consistent and determinant.
 
Most people think that they need to lose weight in order to be healthy. It is the opposite: YOU NEED TO BE HEALTHY IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT!
The way to lose weight is by turning ON the 6 fat burning hormones: thyroid hormones, growth hormones, insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), testosterone, glucagon, and adrenalin (my favorite one to turn on). In order to turn the fat burning hormones on we have to turn OFF the 3 fat-making hormones; estrogen, insulin, and cortisol.

There are 2 major reasons why your body will not turn on fat burning hormones: 1.) Food Intolerances and 2.) Organ/Gland mal-function.
