I am looking for a way to loss weight but I don't know how. I am looking for information that will really me in this. Can someone advice me about what I found on this site

I don't know what is your daily plan to lose weight but I think if you can do exercise regularly to fit and lose weight of your body which can help to you motivate and you will be more confident in your future life. Forget about medicines. That wouldn't work I mean it.
