hey everyone, I hope i'm doing this right. My dilema is a little different. I am trying to get leaner, I work out everymorning for 1 hour, 20 min cardio then i usually work a specific muscle group. Lately i was told I was getting too big...I have a naturally muscalar body. I dont eat fast food and eat home cooked meals everynight. I am so stumped here on how i can get thinner and have more of Madonnas muscular body instead of a chyna body. Help!!! I'm so frustrated!
 
yeah i was thinking that also, although I have only a one hour gap that I have to work out and my gym doesn't offer any group excersixe during that time frame. Do you really think pilates and yoga would work for me? I just have a really strong frame to start with, I dont know, I guess I can always try it. Thanks for your reply
 
increase your cardio and reduce the weights ... 40 minutes of weight training will definately make you bigger. You probably want to be on more of a maintenance program ... about 20 minutes. You will keep your definition without putting on too much muscle mass.
 
Yea i agree with allcdnboy, and the weights you use my be to big as well you should be using the smaller weights as they will tome and not build muscle ...
