hey everyone, I hope i'm doing this right. My dilema is a little different. I am trying to get leaner, I work out everymorning for 1 hour, 20 min cardio then i usually work a specific muscle group. Lately i was told I was getting too big...I have a naturally muscalar body. I dont eat fast food and eat home cooked meals everynight. I am so stumped here on how i can get thinner and have more of Madonnas muscular body instead of a chyna body. Help!!! I'm so frustrated!
