I'm a Mom of 2 and don't get a break from my growing brood. Don't get me wrong, I live for my kids. What do I have to do to get a moment for myself though? I heard about a new weight loss show, but don't know if going on one of those shows is a good idea? Has anyone been on one?? The casting was posted with a (address removed) email address. How do these shows work?
