Weight Loss with T5

Hi. Im 6ft and 12st9. I have been going to the gym for the last 6 months and put on a healthy amount of mass, however i haven't trained for 8 week due to a broken foot and turned have gone a bit flabby, especially the love handles. Im trying to cut up and have some T5's. I'm going to do a 4 week cycle however when is the best time to take them as i will be in the gym every day after work (around 6 30pm)

Iv heard to take them 30 mins before workout but for energy or just after breakfast for weightloss. I want both effects but im strictly sticking to 1 a day. Any suggestions??
 
I've never taken T5, what does it have in it? How much caffeine? I used to take T3 which was a testosterone booster, 30 minutes before workouts, but I'm not sure if this is the same stuff or not. What is the recommended intake? 1 time per day, 3 per day? If once per day, I would take in the morning. I don't know about you, but for me, my energy for workouts comes from my meals. The later in the day you take it, the more likely it may affect your ability to get restful sleep as well. Since I'm usually in bed at midnight, I would never take a fat burner within 3-4 hours of that time.
 
I believe its Caffiene, Aspirin and Ephidrine. I believe ephidrine has been outlawed in the UK now though. Anyway i started yesterday. I had a small bowl of cornflake with fat free milk at 8. Had a cup of tea at nine and at 9 30 took one t5. Side affect where i was rushing and jittery for about 3 hours with a increased appetite for water.appetite was also supressed but had a dinner of tuna mayo in brown bread anyway. Went on with day as normal and had a healthy tea of jacket potato with beans and a little bit of cheese and then went to the gym for an all over workout.

Same process this morning however today no side effects at all. I'll let u know my progress.
