Hi. Im 6ft and 12st9. I have been going to the gym for the last 6 months and put on a healthy amount of mass, however i haven't trained for 8 week due to a broken foot and turned have gone a bit flabby, especially the love handles. Im trying to cut up and have some T5's. I'm going to do a 4 week cycle however when is the best time to take them as i will be in the gym every day after work (around 6 30pm)
Iv heard to take them 30 mins before workout but for energy or just after breakfast for weightloss. I want both effects but im strictly sticking to 1 a day. Any suggestions??
