Hello everyone! I want to ask a question to all you here present on the forum and that is my mother is an arthritis patient. She is over weight and feel more pain in knees because of her weight. We have taken good medication over her condition. She feels better now but cannot practise workouts. Any exercise for her that can help lose her weight?
