Hi All,

I will start. I am 31 years old and weigh about 165 pounds. I need to drop about 25 pounds. I have been on every diet, and even became a Fitness Instructor. I am enrolled to become a Holistic Nutritionist and am SO excited about it. My biggest frustration with weight loss is the lack of will power, focus and determination. My fear is that I may never conquer it, alas I have joined this wonderful website knowing that the increased support will get me to my goal. Once I reach my goal, I know that not only will I feel healthy and energized, I will have more confidence, and the ability to accomplish anything I set my mind to.

Please share your quick story as well:)

Thank you,

Rosanna

Hi Passion2bFit,

Yes, certainly, if talking about what hinders our diet goals, I totally agree with you. Lacking of determination seems to be everyone's nightmares...Yes, undeniably, losing weight ain't easy as writing ABC. What matters the most will be setting the goals, you have your goal to be a nutritionist, that's lovely.

Now, ask yourself again, how do you will look like once you have reached your aim? This is similar to the goosebumps we have when we are supposed to deliver a speech in public. However, if we have prepared enough, practiced a lot, I don't think so it would be a problem anymore.

Losing weight will be much easier when we visualize ourself wearing a beautiful dress or that sexy bikini, So, stop worrying whether you can achieve or not. Mark my words, if you are discipline enough, I assure you will get your goals,

Drop by here if you are struggling, I have struggled as well, I have very low self esteem when it comes to shopping for new dresses. However, I allowed myself to binge myself in the past, so now I have a new direction to know my life. *aim to shed 30 kg*

Lastly, I hope both of us can be happier, healthier and funner!

Love,
Emilie
