Hey, I'm new here. 5' 7" and 144 pounds down from 170 a few months ago. I've been eating 3-4 meals totaling around 1800 calories and doing 3 days a week of 45 minute cardio and 3 days of weight training (mostly upper-body) a week. I would like to be down between 130-135 by Christmas with more muscle mass and maybe a 6-pack. Any advice is appreciated
