Hi everyone,
About 8 days ago I tried to lose weight by simply, not eating anything. When I wake up I have a glass of water, then I do not eat anything until around 6PM, when I come home, What I eat would usually be a light dinner, consisting of vegetables, maybe some beef or fish, and maybe some rice or pasta. This being not in huge amounts, but a normal --> small sized portion (less than I usually take for 1 meal). Then I do not eat anything for the rest of the day, before I go to sleep maybe a low fat yogurt. I do not feel tired, I feel hungry in the morning for around a few hours, then the feeling of hunger goes, I still drink a small amount of water if I feel I really need it. I do around 30-40 minutes walking a day and some exercises when I go home. Some people have said this is not a healthy way to lose weight, and some people have told me that it is perfectly viable if executed correctly.
Has anyone tried this dieting method before? Can I improve anything?
I have lost so far 5KG
