Hi guys,
I am at 315 pounds right now, and it is extremely hard for me to work out. I absolutely hate exercise at this point, as everything (even walking) is so much harder for me than the average person. So the only thing I have been focusing on right now is nutrition for losing weight.
My question is, can you continue to lose weight with diet alone- and will it be a much slower process? Do you lose muscle mass if you don't work out? Anyone who can shed some light on this, let me know.
