Ok im only 25 and i know i should be lifting hard and running, well i went from 240 down to 185 doing that, then i had an injury about 10 months ago and there still not 100% on what it is. Also im having back problems and join problems in both elbows and problems with my right knee. Also when i run im getting bad hip problems, either way im dieing to get back at it and get into shape but same thing i start i start to get broke down and i have to take time off.
basically what i can do that doesn't hurt is walking, if i walk at 4.0 for 45-60 every morning, is that good for losing weight? i know running is a lot better but i can't do it.
also i know heavy lifting is the key, but that breaks me down a lot, would it be worth it for me to do a few higher rep light lifts 3 days a week before my cardio or would i be wasting my time there?
(thanks, and please about the heath probs im still going to drs. about them so im not worried about them on here right now, im just wanting to know abou the benifits of walking thank you)
