First you lost a lot of water weight. I couldn't say how many kilos but you lost a lot. After that weight loss inevitable slows down.
Second you are not eating enough, especially if you are a guy, and you are slowing down your metabolism so you will start losing weight more slowly than you could do if you ate more and you can afford to eat a lot more and still lose 1kg a week.
Its good to aim to lose 1kg or 2.5 pounds a week. This is safe, realistic and easy.
I do'nt know why you would have gained pounds, perhaps its water weight or perhaps its a bit of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, although you are not doing much exercise so perhaps its not muscle. Its probably just water going up and down. It does that a lot anyway.
All i can say is adopt a more suitable strategy. Read around the forum, start your own diary and you will pretty soon learn what you should be doing if you don't already know.
Make sure you note your height, weight and age. Basic essential infor for calculating bmr and maintenance calories. Do this with an oinline calculator and deduct 500-1000 calories and that's how many you should be eating daily.
