Hi Guys, Hope your all well.

Down to buisness. So i have been determined for two weeks now, one week i weighed 10 stone 7lbs the second week i weighed 10 stone 10lbs. Im so confused, i have been eating so healthy and have been doing a lot of exercise. I dont know whats happening, and im concerned that if this continues ill give up. Im 5ft 7 and i want to lose a stone...and a bit! Its not the size of clothes that bothers me its toning and a slimming. I have been doing running, hill walking anything to burn the fat HELP PLEASE!! i hope your all doing well.

When you first start to exercise, or work your muscles in a different way to normal it is not uncommon to hold onto a bit of extra fluid in your muscles. Despite having a "Healthy" diet it is still possible to over eat. How much sodium have you consumed ? a lot of sodium will make the body hold onto water.

I would suggest starting a diary in the diary section of the forum to log your food and exercise because without more information it is hard to tell what you may or may not be doing wrong.

hi thanks for the reply. Well im having (this is exact) special k breafast (brans), snacking a handful of cherry tomatoes or grapes. I go to the gym today i burnt 475 calories, then i have a main meal which is a structured weight loss meal with no more than 390 calories.

Daily exercise in gym also reduces a lot of fat. Well done you are doing better to loose fat. Remember don't eat food that have a lot of sugar because sugar contains a lot of calories which is the main reason of fat..
