Ok im 18 years old 6'2 and weighed 310 and been on a diet for 3 months now and im down to 278 which i still see no difference but my qustion is will i have loose skin when i get to 200-210??? I do execrise such as cardio and weight training 3-4 days a week and been on a diet
 
Hello there =)

Well you're still young so shouldn"t be hard to bounce back, your body can readapt quickly.
What I think is that if you keep the weight loss slow and tone the problem areas then the sequels will be minimal and you might not have that much skin to lose.

I went from 240 to 155 when i was in my mid-late 20's. I had very little loose skin. Its well worth it! Drink lots of water to help your elasticity. Its really hard to say just how much excess you will have because it varies from person to person. Just keep up the good work and let us know how ur results turn out!
 
well, According to me , You should not have loose skin even if you reach your weigh 210 - 225. But If you feel some weakness in your muscles going below that, then it could be a bit problematic for you.

But most prob. you don't have to worry about that. Basically you will not have any loose skin problem.

And you need to workout hard every day. Beside that I can suggest you some nutrition, diet related formulas.....if you say.

It shouldn't be loose at all at your age. Then again it all depends on how quickly you lose it. Once you get around 10lbs/week you might be worried about loose skin, but otherwise you should be fine.
