weight loss question

hi, im new here and got a quick question, ive been tryin to stick to a diet for months now, but its difficult when i come home from school wiped out and tired, and hungry...i guess i dont get enough sleep at night, so that may be a thing to start gettin more of, but i just cant stick to a high protein diet with limited calories (im starting a weight training program as well) thanks for ur answers, btw im 15, a boy, 5' 8'', and 175 pounds...
 
This is really getting silly, normally i wouldn't say anything but this behavoir needs not be ignored. Face up to your workout and diet issues or stop spamming the board.
 
Okay this is my final word on the subject cause you are either embarressed and thats way you started a new profile or you are just having some head issues.

You have the same stats (age, height, weight) the only difference is you put boy. Same writing style, yada. I am sorry if on your last question you asked under your different name if it hurt your feelings, it wasn't meant, but i still stand by what i say.

hi i hav just been to the gym today and ive mainly focused on cardio for today, i did about 45 mins of cardio all together. all i want to no is this, during the time i spent on the tredmill i was sweating after about 10mins on it, what is happening to us as we sweat? i no its normal and everything but i was just wondering whats happening to us
