hi, im new here and got a quick question, ive been tryin to stick to a diet for months now, but its difficult when i come home from school wiped out and tired, and hungry...i guess i dont get enough sleep at night, so that may be a thing to start gettin more of, but i just cant stick to a high protein diet with limited calories (im starting a weight training program as well) thanks for ur answers, btw im 15, a boy, 5' 8'', and 175 pounds...
