Weight loss problem. Give me advice!

Hello. For several years, I have a problem with unwanted pounds. I don't have time for sports, for this I tried several diets, but didn't achieve any result. Give me advice on what to do! Thank you!

Eat less food as you are hungry and not drink much water after you Eat. This is simple but very helpfull to loss weight.

Yes, You can but you need to stay away from all kinds of processed foods. Sugar and carbs are the main responsible for weight gain than fat itself. Eat three times and day on regular time so that your body should know when it is time to eat. Don't eat anything except water between meals and try to minimize the quantity of carbs and sugar to zero in your meals. Drink 8 glasses per day and the time between meals must be at least six hours. Avoid all kinds of fruit as they contain sugar and bread, pastry, foods that are made of flour, potato, sweet, potato, onion, butter, pumpkin, carrtos etc. Eat lean meat, fish, poultry, leafy green vegetables, cheese yogurt, eggs. Use olive oil for cooking but no more than 1 tbs. Don't use cereals and if you're following this diet don't exercise at all. Your regular movement is enough. Avoid carbs and sugar as much as you can because this is the key.

Water can help in weight loss

I have seen many people complaining about not losing weight even after going for diets. The most common mistake that dieters do in a weight loss program is that they put in their full efforts only for the first few days of the program. From the second week, they again start going for all the junkies and processed foods. They stop their daily workouts and start eating all kinds of their favorite foods (sugary foods, oily foods etc).
I can give you the simplest step that you can try at home for losing weight. Water, yes water can help you lose your excess pounds.
1. Drink at least 2 glass of water before you eat. As water is an appetite suppressant, drinking it before meals can make you feel fuller and therefore reduce your food intake.
2. Replace sodas and juice with water. A glass of water with lemon is a good recipe for successful weight loss.
3. According to editorial staff at WebMD, drinking ice-cold water helps in boosting your metabolism because your body has to work harder to warm the water up, therefore burning more calories can help in losing weight.
4. If you are really looking for losing weight with water, you should follow the 8*8 rule recommended by most nutritionists. Drink 8 ounce glasses of water per day for weight loss. If you exercise daily and sweat heavily, you need to drink more water. Trying herbal tea is also another good option.

it might not be your diet or exercise but your body instead its actually opposing this new life style of yours and when your body gets hungry it starts eating a bit of fat in your own boy causing you to gain more pounds you gotta be patient like 1 or 2 months patient and eat lot of prunes to help you poop! (ew i know) also eat before you exercise in portioned meals OK? and dont give yourself a break after you exercise an decide to eat exercise one hour every day and eat fruits and vegetables and BOILED OR GRILL all of your meat and please TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM RED MEAT. besides chicken tastes great when grilled and is amazingly cheap in this country when e are going through a great recession also eat fish and no fast food one burger you need a mile to burn off! one fry is lot too and no ice cream unless its fat free and every thing you put in your mouth should be diet brand and no soda ever (ok well a bit on weekends). PHEWW HOPE THIS HELPED!! :D

I weighed 275 pounds twenty years ago, I grew up on junk food, I weigh 135 pounds today - no, those numbers aren't typo's.

I lost weight by following the below items:
1. Never eat unless you're actually hungry. Too many people due to anger, stress, boredom, depression, and that isn't healthy.
2. Never eat to the point of being 'full'. There is a big difference between 'full' and 'no longer hungry'.
3. Go to bed hungry.
4. Stay away from diet pills.
5. Pay attention to the quality of your food.
6. Exercise will not fix a bad diet.
7. Eat when you're hungry.. even if that means eating more than 3 meals per day. I eat 6 to 8 small meals per day and my weight stays around 135. Quality of food or more important than quantity. If you can't grow it in a garden or raise it on a farm, don't put it in your mouth.

And, most importantly, choose a diet that you'll be happy with for life. You cannot go back to your old eating habits once you reach your target weight because those old habits were the reason you were overweight.

I'm 51 years old, not on any medications, no allergies or medical problems, and my blood pressure and cholesterol levels are normal for someone half my age.

My diet consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, legumes, tuna, salmon, white meat chicken/turkey, and water.. nothing else.

I run 2 miles three times per week and I lift weights twice per week.

A better body IS possible but you have to work for it.
