Weight loss plateaued/hasn't moved?

I am a 21 yr old girl. 5ft 3 and weigh 65kgs (143lbs)
I've been seeing a trainer and he got me started eating paleo.

I lost about 14 lbs in the first 4 weeks but now it's stopped moving.

I'm on target to be 60kgs in 2 weeks to get my BMI into the healthy weight category, so I need to lose 2.5kgs each week

Exercise wise I play tag rugby every Monday for an hour, and am in the gym 2-3 times during the week.

What can I do to get my weigh loss up and going again and why did it start to slow?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
 
Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Your metabolism just needs a spike. You need to change up what you are eating to get your metablolism working again. Add a cup of green tea and yogurt to each meal. Add different probiotics to your meals for accelerate your weight loss. Talk to your trainer about changing up your work out routine as well.

That's right!! That's the way!! You always need to improve. When you change something and the feel comfortable with it then it's time to take one step further in order to improve. Good Luck!!
