When you wake up and take a crap jump on the scale before breakfast or your first drink of water and you will see that you may have just lost two pounds off of last night.
Now,if your body is "recovering" from something drastic that you did to it like sitting in the sauna for a long time or if it is adapting to a low calorie diet that you have been on, than just let it all come back and then try again later when you are stronger and have more experience. Remember, that you are already more experience than when you started, right?
After all, when that weight goes off it will eventually come back as your body heals or adapts from whatever you are doing to it. Though one technique I have not heard yet brought up is to deprive your body of all sodium. Sodium rarely matters except in the case of the last few pounds. If you really are gaining weight like you say you are than it is only a matter of time before it all comes back and leaves you with a weaker metabolism. So I guess cut all your salt. You could just live on egg whites, broccoli and some chicken brests for a while
It also occurs to me that you might just want to "cut" weight. Which is very different form losing weight.
The best way to cut a few pounds is as follows
Eat drink nothing hit bike for twenty minutes
sit in sauna for 10 minutes
bike fifteen minutes
sit in sauna for fifteen minutes
bike ten minutes
sit in sauna until all the weight comes off taking breaks only to hit the bike if you feel strong enough
next day eat up and drink lots of water so you will get far less sick.
hope you took plenty of pictures
this way an athlete can drop twenty pounds or more before a contest! He will weigh in where is supposed to and then compete much heavier the next day
Now, I just have to know. How long do you plan to stay at this weight?
