If diet pills worked the way that the ads say they do, we wouldn't live in the obese society that we do. I've tried a great many of them, and if they worked, I wouldn't be at the weight I am now. Everyone looks for a way to lose weight that will require no work on their part other than swallowing a pill or getting a surgery, but I've come to realize that the only real, true, safe, and healthy way to shed the pounds is through changing you eating habits and adding exercise to you life.
It may require more work, and it may be a lot harder to buckle down and stick to it, but isn't your life worth it?
Now, what I DON'T know is how well these different pills and drinks perform when paired with a proper diet and exercise routine. I'd like to be optimistic and say that there could be something, somewhere that could give a little boost to the normal routine, but I couldn't say that it would do it safely.
BTW, Jericho, nice ticker, lol. I see we're pretty much in the same boat! Good luck!
